Hans received an MBA from Insead at Fontainebleau (France) and was trained as an Aeronautical Engineer at the University of Delft.

The MELiSSA group at ESA/ESTEC, representative of the MELiSSA Partner group is an important technology advisor to IPStar. The expertise of the group allows its members to play a key role in coordinating a structured approach to enable IPStar to take MELiSSA technology to the market and maximize returns.

mr. Rob Ch.J. Suters,
Rob's expertise is in business consulting and legal counseling. His primary role at IPStar is the management of our clients legal needs on a global basis. Rob has 15+ years experience serving in a variety of areas.

While a commercial lawyer and legal specialist by education and trade, Rob has an excellent business background. Prior to joining IPStar, Rob served as the Managing Director of an investment banking boutique targeting companies throughout Europe and Israel. Rob has provided expert legal counseling services to Fortune 500 companies including listed companies such as Tele Atlas , Compuware and recently Hewlett Packard.

Rob received his Masters Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam where he specialized in (international) contract law, intellectual property and cross border legal issues.

Angela van Oosten, PhD
Angela van Oosten is an independent consultant, specialized in new approaches to cancer treatment. She works for several companies and funds in this area of research.

Angela worked for more than 7 years as an investor in biofarmaceutical companies. With Alpinvest she was responsible for the portfolio of early stage life sciences investments. She invested in start-up companies that are now publicly listed, like the Benelux company Galapagos Genomics and the US company Coley Pharmceuticals, Inc.

Her background is in science (she has a PhD in microbiology) with positions at the universities of Nijmegen and Berne, combined with business experience. She spent more than 10 years at Sara Lee, where she was involved in research, development, marketing and regulatory affairs.

	Hans de Swart, MBA. It is with great sorrow to inform you that Hans de Swart has passed away on May 5th, 2011. He fought his final fight with bravery and even altruism but it was an uneven battle. We will miss him dearly as a robust business partner, but primarily as a friend.
