IPStar BV finds its origins in the ESA space incubator initiative in Noordwijk in The Netherlands.

IPStar initially focused on business development and spin outs for terrestrial exploitation of sustainable technologies emanating from the MELiSSA space program and from its international research partners. Today IPStar’s services have broadened to other customers in the same fields of expertise where IPStar can add value.
